This is in response to the person who said Cheap Sam's has no guarantee on their plants. I was also looking to see if anyone had used them and how good the place was or wasn't. I found the following on their web site:
We will issue a store credit for
any plant that does not survive and is returned within six (6) months (180 days) of
the date of purchase. This credit will be limited to the amount paid for the plant. To
receive a credit you must return the item, along with your original itemized sales
receipt. Pictures of plants that did not survive are not acceptable, you must return
the item to receive credit. No credits will be given without an itemized sales receipt ( |

| Cheap Sam's is OK, it's not stellar - but you can see what you are getting, so I would say it's a good deal for the money. Every time I've been there it's pretty crowded, so I guess they do brisk good business. |
