| Hi Ellen, I live in Nassau County on the south shore as well and have been using Mike's Organic Landscaping for the past couple of months. They are doing a satisfactory job with our weekly maintenance needs at this point, although they are slightly more expensive than our previous landscaper was. From the literature the owner of the company gave me at our first meeting, he seems quite knowledgeable, has a background in horticulture and seems committed to using only organic products. I don't want to give the false impression that he is actively involved in the care of your lawn; his crew of workers does all of the actual work as you'd expect. They seem adequate.
