| For anyone local who might be interested, Northport Historical Society is having thier annual garden Tour on Sunday July 16 from 1 to 5 PM. Advance ticket reservations required $25.00 each non members. Tickets go on sale June 24 at the Museum, 215 Main Street, Northport. For further information and credit card sales call 631-757-9859
I went on this tour last year with Maureen and Mary Anne and we had a great time. They had four gardens last year, doesn't say this year. However they counted the museum grounds as one garden and it really wasn't much of a garden. The private gardens were stunning. They have an auction at the last place of all sorts of interesting plants plus there is food at the last stop included in the price of the tour.
