Starlings Eating My Plants!

| Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any advice for dealing with starlings. I put out some tomato plants recently and within 1/2 hour they were stripped of leaves. This has never happened before in the five years since I have been gardening in this space. Do I need to put up netting?

| I post simple deer netting around my veggies. I have more probs with chipmunks tho. |
