What have you started from seed this year?

| I've got two varieties of basil — Genovese and Napoletano large-leaf — that have just started sprouting in flats, for planting outdoors about June 1. French thyme, salad burnet, and chervil are next. I think I would have started more, but it was hard to believe that winter would ever end!
What have you started from seed this year? When did you sow your flats, and what light source did you use? When will you be planting your seedlings out? |

| Morning glories, Heavenly Blue, Grandpa Ott and the white one that opens in the evening (the name escapes me at this time). I planted them into potting soil 2 weeks ago and they're all doing fine. Have them in southern exposure light. I will also be sowing directly into the garden in about two weeks, verbena bonariensis. The Morning Glories will be put into the ground around June 1st (they hate cold soil). Ciao, OITGAD |
