excessive growing - Give Away's how about a gathering

| I've a few excessive things... like a dozen or so rasberry starters.. they keep sending up shoots everywhere... a few blooms on the older canes and reasberrys to come.. and I'v some pink yarrow.. that multiplies like mad.. how about a gathering somewhere to drop off these excesses and find some new ones... lets get together a quick morning perhaps in a park or back yard to make the switches... and feel like you can toss them or bring them back... if there's no takers Gordon |

i'm new to the group, and fairly new to nyc gardening. i have a little roof garden in brooklyn that i've had for 2 years... having sooo much fun with it!!
i would love to meet for some give aways!! but i'm afraid that i've nothing yet to contribute...

| well i have a strange schedule and very little free time these days, but this year arugula, corydalis, feverfew and wood poppies are coming up like weeds everywhere. i hate to yank and toss when they are so fabulous in the right places. anyone who wants some can feel free to sort out with me a time to drop by (asap). and if you have extra vine or bush string beans, or savory or other herbs (or anything intersting) my home seeding this year got started late and had a poor turn out (trays too wet, lots of seeds rotted :<) |
