need help on l.i.

| my neighbor has a hedge running the length of the property in the front. i decided a plant bulbs, azaleas, ground covers etc. well i dont like the area, dont know what to plant there. i plant - it dies or i hate it there and dig it up. mostly there is no shape or design.im really looking for someone who can help me pick out plants for the area. i went to the nursery yesterday and stood in lal la land. i just didnt know what i was looking at because of course all the plants look beautiful. i need help. its not a large area and i dont have alot of money to spend on this project. any suggestions. |

| If you don't have a lot of money, buy some seeds. They give you the biggest bang for the buck. You can get 300 seeds for about $1. Sunflower, cosmos, shasta daisies,there are plenty of flowers. Try to stick with perennials that multiply each year. |

| If you bring photos and dimensions of the space, some garden centers will assist you in making selections. You will need to know the amount of sun and soil conditions. Marigolds are also great, easy to start from seed and bloom all season and until first frost. If you post some pictures and more information, maybe we can help. |
