| Hi. I'm new to gardening and to the forum. Does anyone have any idea of when a "soaker hose" is appropriate and when you use a drip irrigation system? Any feedback welcome. |

| Generally speaking, drip irrigation is good for potted plants on patios, decks, etc., whereas a soaker hose is better for garden beds. |
