Cost of composite deck installed per sq ft in our area ?

| What is the current $$ rate per sq. ft. that deck contracters are getting for composite decks installed in our area ? Thank you in advance. |

kind of like saying how much to buy a car and take a trip... there are alot of varribales in not only the cost of waht .. but what you are going to do with it... Gordon.. |

Basic deck 10'x10'.....One small set of stairs, no railings, 12 " off the ground surrounding a small half sunk oval pool...prefer Trex..Thanks |

OH basic dack with decking and frameing support for a circular cut out in the deck.. OH i guess it's about twice what the deck might be with out the circular cut out in it's interior.. that's why I suggested there are allways things required and a stanard price is never as easy... oh and a stairway,, you hadn't mentioned it before either.. ya got to watch these price concerned folks.. they wnat the basic .. and what makes me cringe is hearing ... OH JUST...and a list of things that change everything easy to more of everything.. there's also site access and ease of bringing stuff in.. the area to work aound where the deck is costructed.. is it in and around a plantd area..there's a thousand things a builder will look at and consier in priceing a deck for you...and a limit of things he'll accept as additions and changes as you see it evolve there.. and it's not a deck at ground level .. but up in the air some 12".. types of support.. anchoring to the ground or floating.. the list is enless of additions to a basic deck.. and oh you didn't talk of finish.. [YET ] But good luck there TOY... BTW ..where is this to be constructed..

| got some quotes for a 24x12 deck 48" above ground last week. treated structuralwith trex decking and railing was 12k to 14k im most likely going to get a concrete deck done and tile it in slate instead. same price and much less hassle later on |
