Sod estimate $$$$$ question

| We have a 20'x40' area of new yard....soil that needs to be amended, tilled, graded and sod placed. What should I expect to pay for this service in an area this size in the NY metro area ? Thanks |

| I think .27-1.27 per sq. foot delivered. Call up Delalio sod farm on LI. They also have a website. I'm in the business, but they may sell direct, or be able to point you in the direction of a good lawn contractor. |

Depending on the extent of the site work required, you should expect to pay an average of $1 per sq foot installed in Nassau County anyway. May be a bit more in the city?
