Seeking perennial garden designer

| I live in southern Westchester. Most of our property was landscaped professionally, but now I want to focus on perennials-- particularly in the back garden. Can anyone recommend a designer who they've been really pleased with and is reasonable in fees? Thanks. |

| Linda Yang, who wrote the wonderful "City Gardener's Handbook" works out of the Chelsea Garden Center in NYC. We were lucky enough to speak with her briefly there last year. She does garden design, and I believe her rates are very reasonable. Extremely knowledgable. |
