Can anyone recommend a gardener in Lower Westchester?

I am looking for someone to maintain my garden year round in Lower Westchester. Also how much should it cost? One estimate I got is $3,000 which seemed to include a lot of chemicals. I am a newbie so the guy maybe padding the estimate. Dont know. It includes the following

Spring Clean-up $275.00
Monthly Maintenance $225.00 per mo. April - November
Fertlizer # 1 - Spring $85.00
Fertlizer # 2 - Summer $85.00
Fertlizer # 3 - Fall $85.00
Fertilizer # 4 - Winter $85.00
Lime Application - Fall $70.00
Grub Control (Merit) $125.00
Shrub Fertilizer (Holytone) Spring $95.00
Pre-emergence Crabgrass Control $125.00
Trim Evergreens - Included in Monthly Maintenance $0.00
Dump Fee to Remove Leaves - One time charge for
Spring Clean-up $40.00
Spray Lawn for Weeds (May be done twice per year) $125.00

try Abate landscaping..He's in Valhalla. Not sure where you are but he comes down to New Rochelle to handle our neighborhoods lawn areas. He does a good job and for the property he does he has the best price.
