looking for a 2-man hole digger

We are doing an installation for a museum, and are looking for a general hole digger that can dig 15" dia. holes in dirt. Called many equipment rentals in NYC but none of them have it. It seems to be something people just have for their gardening...
So we thought to try our luck here.
If you have one of these, and know how to use it. Let us know. We would be happy to get you involved or pay for the rental.
