Which one can be sow outside

I would like some direction on which I should do. Below are the veggies I plan to plant in my garden. I am new to gardening. I have read about winter sowing and indoor sowing. Would like to know which would be best for the selections I have made. (indoor or outdoor)

Bush Bean, Carrots, Roma Tomato, Broccoli, Cucumber, Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes and spinach.

Thanks in advance for your ideas.

You can WS the cold season veggies, but wait for the very end of winter or early spring to sow the warm-season veggies. Drop by the WS forum and they'll give you suggestions.

BTW, the Winter Sowing Method was developed in East Meadow, so trust me on this, it works just great on LI.
