| so i'm waiting for my landlords to put in a fence in the back of my little courtyard and in the meanwhile i can't plant anything in that section of the garden (so it doesn't get stepped on by workmen when the time comes). well it is taking them ages and i was planning to plant pole bean seeds to climb trellis attached to it. meanwhile it's getting a bit late to start from seed and i want developed plants to set in the ground the minute the work is done. if anyone has extra plants i will be happy to give them homes or trade.
to trade i have: a variety of fresh wildflower seed mixtures (partial shade, clay-tolerant, annual only & fragrant mixes), extra parsley (bought market packs don't need quite so much!), wood poppy volunteers, columbine volunteers, hosta divisions (fragrant!), geranium divisions, ostrich and lady ferns. not to mention a ton of year-or-more old seeds of wide varieties that may or may not germinate. |
