I am removing a large area of bamboo at Union Square Park. It is a truly lovely plant with an unruly penchant for getting into everything. It would be great in a container, but it just doesn't belong in a large open bed in a city park. I will move some of it to a couple of containers, but there is so much of it that I will offer it to anyone who wants to take some home.
